What is your favorite software for Italian classes?
Computer, tablet and smartphone are our allies in everyday life: a meeting at work, a call to friends far from us, a yoga class too. And now we can use each of these devices for studying Italian! LIT offers Italian online courses using softwares like Skype or Zoom, from PC and from app. But let’s see better what this means.
Skype is the best known software for online videocalling, everywhere. It is easely accessible and intuitive: it has a chat available after the class, too; it gives the chance to share every kind of files, video settings allow us to decide what to show behind us. Considering the class view it offers, Skype is perfect for one-to-one classes or for small groups of two or three students.
Zoom makes the group class experience smarter and faster thanks to the class view you may have (up to 25 people on the same screen); also, Zoom allows teachers to split students into different virtual rooms, so they can work together in smaller groups.
If you are used to other software (WebEx, for example) LIT can reach you there for our Italian lesson.
