Italian literature: La luna e i falò
Hello, Italian students!
A bit of literature today.
La luna e i falò is Cesare Pavese's last novel and it is considered perhaps his most beautiful book.
It is a novel that talks about a return to the roots of the native country and the celebration of the places experienced in childhood and adolescence. In this intimate journey, the private themes of friendship and love are linked to the themes of partisan warfare, the anti-fascist struggle and liberation.
