Italian Intermediate course B1-B2: online lessons
Do you want to understand and be able to interact with those who speak Italian? With this course you can learn how to handle situations typical of the everyday context so that you can relate to your interlocutor by making use of subjunctive and other forms not usually explored in depth in the A1-A2 Italian course. You can rely on the B1-B2 Italian Course to improve your vocabulary. By the end of the course you will be able to speak Italian significantly more fluently.
With the Italian Intermediate B1-B2 course, either entirely online or with classes in the offices of companies and organizations, you or your company's employees have the opportunity to study the language, make general speeches and have a good understanding of the main sources of information.
LIT School allows you to achieve the target language level with programs designed specifically to achieve the level of proficiency in Italian and also prepare you for the most popular CILS and PLIDA certification exams. With LIT School, once you finish the course, you can decide whether to continue improving your Italian level with a C1-C2 level course or stop.

Programme and content of the Italian language B1-B2: intermediate level
Defining a unique path for learning Italian for B1-B2 level is impossible: each student has different needs and each teacher has a different approach to teaching the language. For this very reason, LIT School creates the best syllabus for each student so that we can offer the best possible service. However, with regard to intermediate language levels, macro areas of study can be defined. The communicative functions relate to personal, social or professional life:
- Level B1: In B1-level courses we focus on communicative skills such as the ability to claim, make a presentation, report a story, express personal opinions, tell the story of a movie, argue an opinion, and read current news.
- Level B2: During the B2 level course, students learn the ability to make comparisons between opinions, argue, review a book or movie, and express their own opinions about a topic. As for the study of grammar, on the other hand, each rule is extracted from texts and material to expose the student to a practical approach, aimed at using the language. This is usually done by reading and listening to real and authentic texts, and not materials created with the sole intent of teaching the language.
If you are looking for a program designed to achieve the B1 language level to pass the Italian citizenship language exam, you can rely on our B1 Italian language course for citizenship and count on a vertical training process based on your needs.
Type of lesson with LIT School
Before starting the course, you can choose how the classes are held: for companies, there is the option of conducting the course face-to-face, in the office, in order to make it easier to attend for foreign employees who want to learn the language. Managers and company directors also have the option to attend face-to-face classes at offices or physical locations.
Another type of class, reserved for all students, is online classes. LIT School courses are designed to offer any type of material, exercises and explanation entirely online. All you need is a computer and an Internet connection to get in touch anywhere you want with our professors.
One-on-one private lessons in intermediate Italian
For those who desire a one-to-one approach to emphasize their language skills and make rapid progress in interacting with native speakers, participating in one-to-one private Italian lessons can be an interesting option to shorten the learning time. Through LIT School, you open the door to a personalized learning experience with a private Italian teacher.
